provided a free quote the next business day. Once the quote was accepted, their admin team were exceptionally efficient at getting all the required documents together within a timely manner. The demolition team were very professional and friendly and they had the whole job complete in 1 and a half business days! In comparison to some other demolition companies doing similar jobs in our area, On Spot did our job much faster and left the site in much better pre-build condition. Communication with them was A+++ Thanks to the whole team at On Spot!

Had my house demolished by On Spot demolition. The boys work very efficiently with no time wasted in three days. It’s a almost 50 years old house with lots plants and small trees. After the demolition, the land is tidy and clean with no waste left behind. Both myself and the builder were quite happy about the job. Highly recommended.

Overall I'm very happy with the end result of what Moe and the team has delivered. The communication was also efficient along the journey, Dounia was very responsive and friendly. They finished the job in about 3 days and even worked on Saturday to avoid any delays.
